Zone C will be home to the planned FIFA Standard Regulation Soccer Field. The soccer field will be standard regulation to attract the FIFA teams to have their practice games and training at Mirador San Jose. It would be incredible to see FIFA soccer players at our very own community. The benefit of having such a facility for Mirador San Jose and the entire area would have excellent economic spin-offs for the communities. The plan is to also build a track around the perimeter of the soccer field for sprinting and jogging. It is essential to have the track around the FIFA Soccer Field, as it is part of the intense training of the soccer players. The soccer field will be adjacent to Avenida de las Americas in the planned social area.
The social area in the original blueprint will be slightly modified to make room for the planned FIFA field. “It’s going to be spectacular!” comments Marcel Cloutier, CEO of Mirador San Jose.
The field and track will be where the planned soccer field was in the blueprint of the community below. As stated previously the layout will be changed slightly to accommodate the bigger regulation that the soccer field requires.
