Construction has started on Hola Ecuador’s Yubarta Residencias. The enclave of the 12 two-story detached residences are being built right near the park of Parque de las Ballenas (translated to whale park.) Yubarta will have an incredible landscaped courtyard in the middle separating the two rows of homes.
