The Yubarta residencias currently being constructed by Hola Ecuador have recently begun to plant palm trees at their flagship residential development at Mirador San Jose. The 3 to 5 year old palm trees have a “head start” to give the property larger and more mature trees. It is actually beneficial to have the larger trees, as they are already strong and established. The younger stock requires more care and are prone to wind and insect damage. The courtyard of Yubarta is starting to look stunning with the palm’s planted between the interlocked brick sidewalks. The common sitting area will be have a fountain and benches for a real “park like” area, providing a meeting place in the shade for the residents.
