Tropical Paradise!
Our busy time of year is now here at Mirador San Jose. As winter is starting to grip North America, here on the coast of tropical Ecuador, we are starting to migrate into our “wet season.” In reality it is the equivalent to our summer time of the year.
Generally from December to June, the coast of Ecuador experiences the summer months. Bright blue and sunny skies are prevalent on the entire coast. Ironically for the so called “wet season,” Mirador San Jose does not experience much rain when compared to places like Ottawa or Winnipeg for example.
“When it does rain, usually it is overnight,” remarked a resident of MSJ.
Perfect for anyone wishing to come and enjoy the sun and beach at Mirador San Jose when all you folks get tired of the snow and cold.
Come and visit us at anytime, and explore our Canadian owned residential paradise in beautiful tropical Ecuador. Mirador San Jose is a vibrant and incredible community to be proud of.

What’s happening at MSJ this month?
Mirador San Jose is no doubt an incredible place. The community of Mirador San Jose will be a vacation and residential paradise. We have had an incredible “boom phase” with new home construction.
There has been two large residential projects and many privately owned homes started. Many of our proud owners that have purchased lots at MSJ have decided to start building. We expect much more construction to begin in December and 2014.
