Our water comes from our very own spring fed aquifer from land purchased in Manantiales not that far to the northeast of Mirador San Jose. Our hard working employees truck the water to our urbanization with our own tanker truck to fill our water cisterns and water tower.
Maintenance Fees
Our maintenance fees are among the lowest in Ecuador. Currently at only $20 USD per lot/per month. It would be difficult to find the amenities we offer at such a low monthly price.
